Our team

Heather Brown, LAMFT

I earned my BA in Business Management from UW-Eau Claire, I dove into leadership roles within the retail sector. It was during this time that I discovered my knack for fostering team cohesion and aligning everyone toward a common goal. Yet, my passion for mental health persisted, prompting me to pivot toward a new career path. I decided to go back to school, earning my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

Now, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, from complex trauma and PTSD to anxiety and relationship conflicts. Particularly, I focus on helping those navigating the complexities of chronic illness, providing a compassionate space to address their concerns and develop coping strategies. With advanced training in trauma and couples therapy, I'm dedicated to guiding clients towards positive change. Beyond work, I enjoy birdwatching with my family and am eager to embark on this journey of growth and healing alongside you.
