Healing Together: A Supportive Group for Medical Trauma

What We Offer

  • Weekly 90-minute outdoor sessions integrating mindfulness and Walk and Talk therapy.

  • Opportunities to connect, share, and grow through guided discussions and activities.

What to Expect | Each session includes:

  • Mindfulness Practice: Begin with grounding techniques to center yourself.

  • Small Group Walks: Engage in guided conversations with 2–3 participants while you walk through the forest

  • Group Discussion: After your walk rejoin the group to share insights and reflections on weekly themes.

Who Can Join: This group is for adults who have experienced medical trauma and are seeking a supportive, empathetic environment to process their experiences.
