What to Expect | Each session includes:
Mindfulness Practice: Begin with grounding techniques to center yourself.
Small Group Walks: Engage in guided conversations with 2–3 participants while you walk through the forest
Group Discussion: After your walk rejoin the group to share insights and reflections on weekly themes.
Who Can Join: This group is for adults who have experienced medical trauma and are seeking a supportive, empathetic environment to process their experiences.
