A supportive space to process childbirth trauma with others who understand.
Weekly 90-minute outdoor sessions integrating mindfulness and Walk and Talk therapy.
Opportunities to connect, share, and grow through guided discussions and activities.
What to Expect | Each session includes:
Mindfulness Practice: Begin with grounding techniques to center yourself.
Small Group Walks: Engage in guided conversations with 2–3 participants while you walk in nature
Group Discussion: After your walk rejoin the group to share insights and reflections on weekly themes.
Who Can Join: This group is for women who have experienced childbirth trauma and are seeking a supportive, empathetic environment to process their experiences. Infants are welcome!

When: Every Monday at 8:30 AM (starting June 16th)
Where: Elm Creek Park Reserve - Blue Bird Picnic Area
Duration: 90 minutes
Group Size: Limited to 12 participants per session | Registration Required
Cost: $35 per session
